Most of our encounters start at £100, but we can tailor an experience to suit most budgets.

Yes! We have an animal activities licence (a legal requirement for any animal encounter company) which means we have been, and continue to be, inspected and approved by the council for the care and knowledge we have for our animals.
We also have full insurance, clean DBS checks, and carry risk assessments. We’ve got everything covered to ensure a safe and enjoyable encounter.

While we recommend participants to be over the age of 5, we offer encounters to suit all ages of children and well-behaved adults.

Unlike many others our parties are charged per how many animals you see, not how long it lasts or how many guests there are. This ensures there will be no sneaky fees added if things fall behind schedule, or if unexpected siblings turn up.

However, we do recommend a group size between 8 and 15, and ask that this is adhered to especially for ages 8 and under.

If you’re planning for more than 15 participants then we can only bring certain animals, and will require each child to have an adult sat with them for the duration of the encounter.

We want the encounter to be enjoyable for everybody present. If anyone in the party has any serious phobias then we will try our best to accomodate them. Alternatively, if you really want to see a certain animal, let us know and we’ll be sure to bring them along!*

Our animals are exactly that, animals! They do have teeth and sharp claws that can hurt, but we will brief everybody on how to correctly handle our team members, and also provide protective equipment where appropriate to avoid any injuries.

Unfortunately we’re not (yet!) open to the public. However, we are happy to deliver our encounters in almost any venue! From big country parks to grandma’s living room, just let us know your plans and we’ll work together to ensure an amazing encounter for everyone.

We are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and cover all areas within an hour’s drive. This includes Bradford, Halifax, Sheffield, Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield, Huddersfield, and Manchester. We can sometimes travel further afield, but extra charges may apply.
