Groups and Clubs

Scouts, coffee mornings, art classes, and just about any other group or club setting. Our team make for a session unlike any other! Bringing along animals tailored to your wishes, we can deliver either a hands-on or a demonstration-style encounter depending on your needs. 

Our most popular option - just enough time for everybody to have their turn meeting each animal and ask any questions they might have. Usually involving 4-6 different species depending on the nature of your group. 

For when 1 hour just isn’t enough, book an extra one (or more!). This lets you take advantage of having multiple groups in the same day at a discounted rate. Alternatively you can run a longer session for the same group to allow you to meet more of our team. 

• Payment is due in full no later than the morning of the encounter. 

• We arrive 20 minutes before the starting so we can set up uninterrupted before everyone arrives.

• Please ensure that participants are punctual - we allow just a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled start time.

• We recommend that group sizes stay around 20. We can sometimes cater to larger groups, but generally suggest to plan for 2x encounters if your group is much bigger. 

• Any chosen animals are subject to change if they are unfit to travel on the day. Similar replacements are brought wherever possible.

• Some animals can only attend subject to certain circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss this further.

• If we feel that our animals are at risk of distress or harm we reserve the right to stop the encounter at any point with no refunds given.

• You must ensure that food and drinks are withheld until the completion of our encounter and participants have washed their hands. 
• Our 20% discount is only available for consecutive sessions (same day). Extra mileage charges will still apply where appropriate.
