• Payment is due in full no later than the morning of the encounter. 

• We require the details of the shoot to be disclosed in detail at least a week before the planned date.

• A small selection of our animals may be unable to attend unless certain conditions are met. Please get in touch to discuss this further.

• If we feel that our animals are at risk of distress or harm we reserve the right to stop the encounter at any point with no refunds given.

• All persons present must comply with our handler’s guidance regarding the animals.
